Rabbi Abraham Wolff is the Chief Rabbi of Odessa and South Ukraine, an emissary of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. For decades he has led one of the largest Jewish communities in Ukraine, overseeing a network of educational and charitable institutions. His work encompasses synagogues, schools, kindergartens, social assistance programs and cultural initiatives serving thousands of Jewish families.

Studied at yeshivas Toras Chaim, Toldos Yeshurun and Tomchei Tmimim. Graduate of Kollel Shaarei Menachem. Held various positions over the years: Torah teacher and assistant rabbi in Dniprodzerzhynsk (Ukraine), Torah educator and youth specialist at the Kedem Chabad community in Kyiv, Zoom instructor for the all-Ukrainian youth project "Stars of Ukraine", Torah teacher (shiurim on Halacha Lemaaseh and Peirush Or HaChaim Al HaTorah) and assistant to the local shaliach at Jüdisches Zentrum Bad Homburg (Germany). In 2023 returned to Kyiv to help Rabbi Pinchas Vishedski develop an active Jewish community. A proud member of the Chevrutah 24/7 team since 2022.
